Manti — Terms of Service

1. Service and scope

Manti (מאנטי) is business management software and a dashboard for authorized users to manage business workflows and connect external services. These terms govern use of Manti and its integrations. Contact the Manti service team at mantiy.business@gmail.com. Any separately agreed subscription or service agreement continues to govern its pricing and commercial commitments.

2. Authorized use

Use Manti only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, content and data you own or have permission to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your Manti access, and reviewing actions you authorize. Do not impersonate others, infringe rights, bypass access controls, misuse another customer's data or circumvent a platform's rules.

3. TikTok integration

Connecting TikTok requires authorization on TikTok's own interface. The initial integration requests user.info.basic to read the authorized account's basic profile and video.list to read its public videos. This does not authorize uploading or publishing videos, sending messages, creating advertisements or changing a profile. Posting permissions and any external publishing action require separate authorization. TikTok's terms and policies also apply, and TikTok may restrict or withdraw API access. A developer app or sandbox does not by itself mean a production connection is approved or available.

4. Approvals and generated content

Manti uses approval gates for consequential external actions. Review the proposed account, destination and action before approving it. AI-generated material may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify it before relying on it or using it externally. Manti is not a substitute for licensed legal, medical, tax or investment advice.

5. Content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you supply. You authorize processing of that content as necessary to provide the features you request. Do not provide content you are not entitled to process. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling, external providers and requests concerning your data.

6. Disconnecting and ending use

You may stop using Manti and revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok's connected-app controls. You can contact Manti to request removal of stored connection credentials and data. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase information already stored. Account archival is not permanent erasure; requests for erasure are handled separately as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and responsibility

Features depend on configuration, authorization and external providers. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your business decisions and approved content. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Updates and contact

Material changes will be communicated through the service or the contact details held for the account. The current version remains available at this permanent URL with its update date. For questions or to discontinue use following a change, contact mantiy.business@gmail.com.
